		<description>Good questions! Can an online &quot;community&quot; develop their own code of citizenship? It would be interesting to have a wiki to start (as you build your &quot;community&quot;) and through that wiki, allow the members get to know each other by collaborating to create a digital citizenship code....just a thought.</description>
